purchase them from our distributor. This allows us to offer lower prices.
Can I return an On-Demand item?
No. On-Demand items cannot be canceled or returned once the distributor order is placed.
How long does shipping take?

What warranty do products come with?

What does refurbish products mean?
Refurbished products are pre-owned items that have been
inspected, repaired, and restored to like-new condition. They are thoroughly
tested to ensure quality and functionality, often at a lower price than new
products.
What types of packaging do you offer for products?
We offer four types of packaging for our products to suit different customer
needs:
- Branded Box: The product comes in the manufacturer's original packaging with the brand logo.
- Generic Box: The product is packaged in a plain box, without branding
- Retail Box: The product comes in a retail packaging style, which is typically used for products sold in stores. This may include all original packaging, product
manuals, and accessories. - Damaged Box: The product is in new condition, but the packaging itself may have minor cosmetic damage (such as dents or tears). The product itself is still fully functional and in new or refurbished condition.
