We want you to feel confident shopping at DRC Service. If something isn’t right, we offer a smooth and transparent return process.

New Products

  •         Unopened Items: If the product remains unopened, customers are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of delivery.
  •         Opened but Undamaged Items: We do not offer refunds for new products that have been opened but arrived without any damages. These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  •        Opened and Damaged Items: If the product has been opened and arrived damaged, we will offer an exchange. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Refurbished Products:

  •         Unopened Refurbished Products: These can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they remain unopened.
  •          Opened Refurbished Products: Once opened, refurbished products cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of their condition.

Additional Return Conditions

Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging. All serial numbers will be verified prior to processing any return, exchange, or refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of misuse, alteration, missing components, or abuse of the return policy.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse Protection

To protect against fraud and return abuse:

  • Orders with unusually high quantities or dollar amounts may require additional verification prior to fulfillment.
  • Returns may be denied for customers with excessive return activity.
  • Refunds may be withheld until the returned item is received, inspected, and verified.
  • Any attempt to return an item different from what was shipped will result in a denied refund.
  •  We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
